Returns Policy

We inspire every pupil, in a nurturing, professional and positive environment.


We are pleased to offer a 14 day returns guarantee for a refund. Returned goods which are not faulty must be in their original packaging & be fit for re-sale. Please note that we cannot accept personalised items returned unless they are faulty.


We will be happy to exchange items for all our customers within our returns policy period. If the new product is lower in value we will refund the difference back to the card or PayPal used for the purchase. If the new product is more expensive we will contact you for further payment details before we can despatch. We are unable to provide exchanges on personalised dancewear.

Which items am I not able to return or exchange?

Personalised Dancewear and DVDs are also non-returnable, we will of course exchange these items if they are faulty, we will require the faulty item to be returned to us.

What if something is faulty?

All products are scrutinised prior to despatch however if, on the rare occasion, something isn’t as it’s supposed to be, please contact us by email or telephone to let us know. We will ask for the product to be returned under our normal returns procedure within 14 days from the despatch date and will be happy to exchange it for the same item or issue a full refund.
